Give us a call if you need directions. We honor VISA, MasterCard, Discover, accept “check by phone” and ship C.O.D. in the United States. Sorry, no personal checks are accepted.

Ordering
We do everything we can to insure proper part purchases for your bike but we need some help from you. Let us know your motorcycle model and year. Our tech support staff will go the extra mile to troubleshoot your bike’s needs. Canyon Run and its staff makes no representations or warranties as to any of the products distributed, expressed or implied, of the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You can place orders 24 hrs via fax 314-429-5932 or online www.canyonrun.com. Our tech support staff is available Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 7:00 pm and on Saturday from 8:00 am – 3:00 pm Central Standard Time. Our distributors often revise their pricing structure and as a result our prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping
Because we are centrally located near major venders we ship most orders the same day. We don’t try to be deceiving. We sell our merchandise for a competitive price with no hidden charges. Regarding shipping, you are charged only what it cost to ship the package to you. Most orders are shipped via UPS because of their ease of insurability and package tracking. Other shipping methods are available upon request. Shipping charges are calculated by weight and destination zone, plus a $5.00 handling fee per order. Missouri residents add state and local sales tax. An additional charge of $8.50 for COD orders and $1 per check by phone order.

Terms
The stated terms and policies are the basis for our sales at Canyon Run and will not be changed without our written permission. They are important and please read them in their entirety before placing your order. These terms are interpreted according to Missouri law. Your placing an order, whether signed or unsigned, will constitute acceptance of these terms and guarantee of payment to us.

Backorders
Unfortunately, at times we are out of stock and items are occasionally backordered. If we are out of stock on any item you will not be notified. Many times we go ahead and ship all other parts you ordered for your convenience. You must re-order all out-of-stock merchandise at a later date, approx. 2 weeks. We reserve the right to obtain the desired part from another distributor, allowing for price differences.

Damaged Merchandise
If you notice a damaged package upon arrival from the delivery carrier, DO NOT REFUSE THE PACKAGE. When signing for the package note that it is “damaged” or “broken”. Keep all parts, packaging and shipping containers. Then contact Canyon Run at 1-800-669-2776 Monday thru Friday and we will make the necessary arrangements to replace your merchandise for the same part number only.

Defective Parts
Defective merchandise must be returned to us within 30 days from date of the invoice and it will be exchanged for the same part number only. An item purchased and not fitting your bike as you desire does not qualify as a defective part or an error on our part and subject to 20% restocking fee if returned.

Special Orders
We are an authorized dealer for virtually every distributor of aftermarket parts and accessories. If you need merchandise that is not listed in our catalog, we will search and get it for you. Some items may require a down payment or full payment at the time of the order. Because of the uniqueness of your order and the difficulty to resell this item, there are no returns under any circumstances allowed on special ordered items. Canyon Run and it’s staff makes no representations or warranties as to any of the products distributed, expressed or implied, of the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Returns
We want your bike to be just like you want it. If we sent a part to you and it was our error, we will refund the amount for the merchandise in full. Just return the part to us within 30 days from the date on the invoice. This includes manufacturer’s defects. Exceptions below.
Because of the nature of motorcycle parts and accessories there are very strict guidelines that apply to all warranties, exchanges & returns. Please read this information carefully before you utilitize the items you purchased. All returns must be authorized by Canyon Run. All items must be in its original packaging. All returned, exchanged and defective parts must be within 30 days from the date of the invoice and accompanied with a copy of the invoice and assessed a minimum of 20% restocking charge. Shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable.
Exceptions to Return Policy. Based on the nature of some products, the following items cannot be returned to exchanged under any circumstances: Electrical products, alternator rotor items, helmets, belts, video tapes, manuals and tools.
Proper Fitment, application
and installation by a qualified technician. An item purchased and not fitting your bike as you desire does not qualify as a defective part or error on our part and subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned. All wording used in this catalog denoting a manufacturer, model, motorcycle, letter designation or number are intended for fitment reference only and we make no guarantee or warranty the product will fit exactly as original or fit without additional modification being made. All products must be installed by a qualified motorcycle technician.
Installed, Used and/or Damaged Parts. Handle all parts with care. Do not install use or in any way scratch or damage any merchandise and
try to return it. All merchandise must be in resellable condition (a condition you would be willing to purchase it in. If not, don’t return it). Any item which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instruction and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. Items accepted for return will be assessed a minimum of 20% restocking fee. (except when we are solely at fault for sending a part in error).
Installed, Used and/or Damaged Parts (continued)
When shipping back to Canyon Run, please use plenty of packing material and pack all items very carefully so they don’t rub and create scratches etc. Make sure all items are in new, clean, non-scratched, saleable condition and have never been installed. Ship them double boxed and do not write on original packaging and include a copy of the invoice within 30 days from date of invoice.

Because of the nature of the merchandise, under no circumstances will we accept the return or exchange of a special orders, electrical, alternator related, helmets, leathers, clothing, manuals and tools.

Refused COD Orders.
If you purchase merchandise COD and the package is returned to us because it had been refused, all future orders must be pre-paid.
Warranty Limitations
Canyon Run makes no representation or warranties as to any merchandise we distribute, expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All items distributed by Canyon Run is guaranteed only against defects in material and workmanship and does not include labor claims of any type. The customer’s sole remedy is specifically limited to the warranties, if any, granted by the manufacturer of the product.
Mufflers and Exhaust Pipes: Once you have started your motorcycle there is no refund on mufflers and exhaust pipes, unless there is a manufacturer’s defect. NOTE: Discoloration caused by tuning, cam timing, carburetor jetting, overheating and other mechanical adjustments is not a manufacture defect
Gas Tanks: You must use a gas tank sealer with new tanks in order for the warranty to be valid. We recommend that all tanks be fitted, pressure tested and sealed before painting in order to eliminate potential problems.
Seats/Saddlebags: Seats and saddlebags cannot be returned once the are mounted. All items must not show any signs of mounting marks or wear.
Belts: Under no circumstances are you able to return belts unless it is a manufacturer’s defect and upon warranty processing, the items will be replaced for the same part number only.

Liability Limitations
All items we distribute may not be legal in your state. Please check restrictions and guidelines with your state before ordering. Motorcycles can be dangerous. The operator, passenger and/or anyone near by assume all risks of all types. A qualified mechanic must install all products distributed by Canyon Run. Canyon Run expects their customers to use all merchandise in the manner in which it is intended. Canyon Run assumes no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind because of the use, misuse or improper application of any merchandise by any person. Canyon Run shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages whatsoever. All matters shall be interpreted under Missouri law.
